Online Registration-expired
This year a hybrid conference is organized in a physical location with a virtual component attached to it. It enables attendees to attend a conference in-person which will be held in Grand Hotel Bonavia****, in Rijeka, Croatia. The attendees who are unable to make a physical presence at the conference can attend the conference virtually.
Registered online participants will receive the zoom link by e-mail before the event.

All participants are kindly invited to submit their abstracts.
The structured abstract should be limited to 1500 caracters.
Abstract should be written on the English language. Abstracts will be under peer-review process.

How to prepare e-Poster?
Less is more. Be clear and concise in the design and content of your poster. An overloaded poster is difficult to read. Pay attention to the contrast. Place light fonts on dark backgrounds and dark fonts on light backgrounds so that viewers can see your text clearly.
E-posters should be written in English (United Kingdom).
The format for e-Posters is “widescreen" or 16:9. Please do not change the size or format. If possible, the file size should be less than 20 MB.
Only use one slide on which the entire content of the poster is displayed – additional slides are not permitted.
If you add images, make sure that they are large enough to be displayed without pixelation and numbered (example: Picture 1. …..). If you use a background image for your entire slide, it must be at least 1920x1080 pixels in size.
The font size should not be smaller than 15 pt and you should only use fonts supported by Windows, such as: Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri or Corbel.
The title of the poster, the first and last names of the authors and co-authors, the affiliation(s) and the author's e-mail address should be indicated at the top of the poster.
If you use references, indicate them in Vancouver style.
The file must be saved under the surname of the main author as follows: HFA 2025_eposter_Brown
When you are finished, save the poster in .pptx format and send it to [email protected] by June 6th, 2025 at the latest.
